Size the goal to what the index actually needs, not to what sounds impressive. Pools that reached 41 % of an oversized goal refunded everyone; pools with a smaller second ask got funded.

04 · Fee & terms

Submitting transfers 1K $ZFUND from your wallet to the protocol fee vault. It is not refunded if the vote fails, if the pool misses its goal, or for any other reason. Everything else - contributions, refunds, claims - carries no protocol fee except the 2.5 % on a successful new-launch allocation.
